This category is mainly for my benefit, but I also hope that you will be blessed by my efforts.
I am endeavoring to establish a new discipline of writing daily commentary on a verse or passage of Scripture. I am looking to find applicable meaning for my life rather than to simply interpret the text. My approach will be to pray over the passage asking the Lord for insight that will help me to become more pleasing in His sight.
Your comments and additional insights will be welcome. We should each be able to benefit from this endeavor, because the Lord speaks to each of us and we all need to hear that word (Matt. 4:4)
