A lasting treasure to leave
behind when this life no longer serves you
The Daily Devotional Journal will
allow you to keep a record of God’s dealings in your life. It
will help you apply the Word of God to your heart with what
you need, when you
need it.
Sitting under an anointed minister of the Word is of tremendous
value. But sometimes we simply need to sit under the quiet
guidance of the Holy Spirit and listen as the Lord speaks to our
heart. (Luke 10:41-42)
The Daily Devotional Journal is not a book of teachings. It is
not a collection of pious platitudes. It is simply a place where
you can quietly record your thoughts that are stimulated by
questions designed to get you thinking in ways you have not
thought before.

I
resisted this type of devotion at first. But now
that I have been doing this, I am getting more out
of it. The questions help me to get past my own
ideas of what the Bible is saying, and down into
what the Bible is saying to me. I’ve found that I’ve
changed my approach to morning quiet times. I look
forward to my time with the Word.
Thanks.

Dale says...Keeping a journal as a part of my daily devotions has been
my practice since 1981, when I was first introduced to the
concept by a respected teacher. This practice has played a
large part in my continued growth and understanding of the
Bible's teachings about how to live as a Christian.
I have taken my years of experience and learning, along with
ideas gleaned from other types of journals, and put it all
together for you into the Daily Devotional Journal.
In this journal, which comes to your Inbox on a daily basis,
you will keep a record of God's dealings with you
as well as your growing understanding of the Bible's
application to your life. The questions are designed to help
you go beyond the printed page of your Bible and into your
heart.
If you feel that you have reached a
plateau in your daily Bible reading, then you should begin
today to try the new and fresh approach found in the Daily
Devotional Journal. |
The
Journal will help you to arm yourself with the weapons
necessary for the battles that lie ahead of you on a daily
basis. (Ephesians 6:11-18)
The Daily Devotional Journal is designed
to help you slow down in this fast-paced modern world.
